Hello out there.
I just wanted to share my experience tonight. I've been up dealing with palpitations and anxiety and not being able to go to sleep. I went online looking for some answers and decided to do a bit of research on the Vagus nerve as I have heard that it is a nerve very much connected to anxiousness or the lack thereof.
