Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I miss my art therapy. When I can take myself seriously as an artist, there is zero doubt that computer is my medium. I was a graphic design heavyweight in 1992 when carpul tunel and related tendon seizures forced me out of the business. I have since regained full, albeit painful use of both of both hands, but I no longer sell my remaining finger strength. I am rather proud of some of the works I have done on my selfish plan.
I have yet to feel like learning new user interfaces is therapuetic. Nor are the mandatory updates, pop-ups, connectivity demands, internet sneezes, etc., etc. I can *handle* them, but the handling is far from cathartic. In the past decade or so, I have totally given up on finding software which is not rapid cycling harder than my mental health condition in accordance with Cloud Masters and marketing directors.
The trigger of this round of unrequited longing for my cloud-free art studio is a party invitation for a start of summer kid party. My social anxiety is already rip roaring with uncommon intensity because of the Corona mandates, but we are optimistic that the Corona cops will keep a safe social distance. Making up the party invitation would have been a pleasant little chore with an up and ready studio, but. . . Can I even remember the sign-in protocols on the Cloud-based programs I have sampled? For sure, I haven't mastered any of their user interfaces.
Gnarl, gnarl, gnash, gnash. . .
Just venting. . . Again I leave the mood icon on the rapid cycling median.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Luckily, there is still a world outside the box to discover. The cosmos never close one door without opening another.
