My Aunt has been in the hospital since Friday. I visited her in the ER on Friday. I planned to go again yesterday but for some reason, I was exhausted. So I plan to go today. Here's the dilemma . . . She's getting discharged today but claims that she is not. She wants me to visit her at the hospital. I can't get there until at least 3 p.m. If she gets discharged, and I have to visit her at the nursing home, I would like to bring food/snacks/drinks so that I don't have to go again tomorrow. The hospital is 30 minutes away and the nursing home is 50 minutes away. She hates the food at the nursing home and rarely eats it. I feel obligated to get stuff to her. So bottom line is that I hope she gets discharged soon.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I know my mom used to complain about the nursing home food. Sometimes I would bring something from home or stop and get her something.
