Yes that level of insomnia had caused me to seek the help of hospitalization. Given you are coming here I am sure you having investigated all the means of creating a peaceful life. I am taking dietary supplements, b6 and magnesium, to help with sleep and anxiety. Either they are helping or I have come to believe they are helping, either way it is an inexpensive solution. If your sleep improves with being in the hospital determine why and continue doing it.
