Absotively, I have problems verbalizing my anxiety and I am a gifted wordsmith who has been in psychotherapy for nearly half a century. Each and every round of the Not-So-Merry-Go-Round of anxiety seems to be different and in need of a new word set. Anxiety is a sneaky, snakey phenom which seems to live mostly beyond words.
But inside my own skin, taking the time and pain to find words for ^it^ is well worth the effort. Once I find words for ^it^, I am the harder halfway toward managing ^it^. This is one of the places I feel safe going through the trial and error process of finding those words.

Now, anxiety is natural. It is a way to 'protect you from danger' naturally.
This provides the way it affects you-which is really hard to verbalize, especially since something you 'fear' may create the anxiety method to 'protect' you.
Once you practice writing out in a daily journal, often you find clues to help you remain calm.
