I was actually going to suggest you drinking a glass of milk for your acid, but if you think it might make you throw up maybe you shouldn't. I just know when I have acid at night, I drink a glass of milk along with a Tums, and it helps take the edge off a bit. Sorry you're having so much pain. :(
Yah, I'm not feeling as panicky now, thanks to you. :) I'm worried about going back to bed b/c I'm afraid the symptoms might happen again, but I'm thinking if they do, I might put some spongebob on in there (we dont have cable in our room, just dvd lol). And try to fall asleep to it playing real quiet. Sometimes if the rooms too quiet, that makes me panic too. It's like I hear all the buzzings and ringings of anything in our room, and that sets me into panic mode and makes me feel like my brains going to explode. It's just one thing after another. But I'm going to try to be positive, plus I'm plain exhausted, and hope to be able to fall asleep. I think I'll head up in a few. Are you feeling better? Thanks for chatting with me by the way, you really have helped me.
