So before I say anything, I'm not suicidal. I have this problem thinking about death. Like what I will look like, or what will happen in the end. I know I shouldn't focus on those things, but it worries me. Like what will happen in the end? No one really knows. I mean not really. People have went to the other side and came back, but can't tell us what really happen over there. Or is it we just go to sleep and wake up in another body on another planet somewhere? God my anxiety wont stop about all this. I know it's coming, it comes for everyone. But I just want to know what is out there. Like my biggest fear is to die. But with all my worry, I have to no time to live. It's always in the back of my mind.
And just a little note. I was watch a law and order episode that dated back to 2003. It just happen the topic for the episode was corona virus. Yeah, it was even known back then, but no one thought it was real cuz it was in a law and order episode. It talked about how it was made in a lab and then accidently released. Now I'm skeptical when it comes to our goverment exterminating us. But isn't it a little weird they knew about the virus 17 before it hit the US. I mean, what are the odds it would turn out like they said in the show. Now I'm starting to wonder about all this. Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

"don't be a hate hole" has been one of my recent mantras which seems to be escaping my mouth more and more often. it emerges when i am faced with the endless list of chores i would rather not deal with. insurance. head lice. bureaucracy. in-laws. the list goes on and on and on and on, ad infinitum.reality checks requested. am i making sense?"ever'thin they is but loving leaves a rust on your...

Make time to distract your usual pattern of thought with doing something different.
You sound like you have an enquiring mind like many of the great philosophers who also pondered things like this. Maybe you would like to look up stoicism on YouTube.
