Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

This was my experience and I am not saying you were sexually abused as a child. But I do feel that your body is releasing fear in the form of shakes and when you find the root cause and heal it the shakes will go away. Mine did. It took a year and a half but they finally went away.
Take care
Where it is related to physical motion gone awry, I fill in the missing part, and move into the movement to get the tremor to release.
Best wishes!
I believe we're more sensitive to what's going on around us so the near miss traffic accident, the grouchy check out person at the grocery, the argument with a family member...for some these may just be part of an average day but we may ruminate and worry about these things, store them up and then need to release them.
Of course, it can be more serious trauma as well.
That said, when we shake everything tightens up - so our back, neck and jaw tighten and wind up getting bad headaches. I have them nearly daily.
Also, our body is conditioned to halt digestion during times of panic so that we can handle whatever emergency is at hand. Your body diverts all the energy to your legs and arms so you can run away if necessary (thus the shaking if you're not racing away from a man eating tiger!).
But when you try to put food in when your body is panicking you'd likely have nausea and diarrhea because your digestive system has been put on "pause." It's the perfectly healthy response to panic.
You do need nutrients though so I would speak with the doctor about this. One of the things I've done in this situation is to have a spoonful of honey as it digests quickly and provides energy. Of course, you can't live off just honey. That would be unhealthy. But from time to time it can work unless you have a medical condition that contradicts such a thing.
The medicine I use for anxiety is propranalol. Last night I wasn't have a full blown panic attack but had the shaking and moderate anxiety with rapid heart beat. I took a propranalol and within 45 minutes I was past it.
Propranalol controls the heart rate and keeps it steady which helps prevent and resolve panic attacks. But it doesn't make you tired or muddle your thinking.
I just dont get it. I sued to be functioning capable person and in the last few years I have fllen apart.
P>S> I tried yoga for a whopping 8 muniutes, could not concentrate....will try again
