So I have really bad news my friend has passed away and it's so horrible because she was one of my best friends and I kind of stopped talking to her and I feel so guilty because I had a falling out with her for about three years didn't talk to her at all didn't acknowledge her blocked her everything and shortly about two weeks ago she contacted me and I saw her in person and she asked she apologized and we made up we went to lunch and reminisced and talked she bought we went to Jason's deli just had a really good time. Nothing weird happened or anything. I didn't hear from her for a few days and her roommate got on her Facebook and announced that she had passed away my heart was broken because I think God and his own way wanted us to Patch things up before she went to the good Lord she had a heart attack passed away. She was only 44 so quickly. I just wanted to write about this because it's really hurting me really bad because everyone knows when they lose somebody it's really hard. I've been crying for days, but it's getting better. We're supposed to have lunch tomorrow at Olive Garden Tomorrow, maybe I'll burn a candle all day memory of her. I'll just remember the good times and try not to cry too much. I think God had a plan for us to make up though in person no matter how much people talk crap about her or you know talk down about her. She was really nice. She cared about everybody and that's what I'll remember the most .

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

steadying support while you work the grief process.
Cry all you need to. Tears are healing. You are grieving.
Good for each of you, taking the opportunity as it came to acknowledge each other and support each other in the moment.
I'm sorry for your loss, but so glad you were each able and willing to reconnect.
We all grieve the same and differently. Your openness about crying as you need to and being active as you need to, and recognizing the need to grieve is a helpful thing for others experiencing grief to hear. Thank you for reaching out here.
I'm so sorry to hear about Your friend.
Yes, that was God's plan, If only a few minutes to reconnect.
As long as we keep those people alive in our heart's and memories, their not really gone.........And, the pain and disbelieve will take alot of time to get over. Cry as much as You want to.
You bless You.
I am sure you will never forget her and I would cry as many tears as needed and not feel bad about that at all.
