So my son smokes marijuana. I believe he's addicted. He's starting to exhibit strange behavior- laughing really loud and obnoxious, getting irritated and angry, wants to stop going to college, isnt interested in finding a job and sleeps all day. He came home from school and doesn't want to go back and asks for money every day. Ugh- I have a deadbeat son. What to do? He has now taken my car without my permission. I've threatened to call the cops and report it stolen and he still hasn't returned the car. He's had it now for a whopping 12 hours. I'm trying to hold an intervention for him next week in the hopes I can get him to treatment and back to normal.  But what do I do in the meantime. Kick him out of the house if he continues to sleep all day and be up all night laughing and giggling. Do I call the police about my car. I didn't expect to have these parenting issues. He's 19 and I haven't had any real major issues to deal with until now and I have no idea what to do. I'm not a strict disciplinarian. I don't like confrontation. Ugh  why can't he just straighten up and fly right already.
