Recently I started a break as I've mentioned in previous posts. In the last couple of days, I have started to notice things she said to me on the last call I made towards her when I said I wanted a break. I decided to take this break because I felt she wasn't respecting my boundaries with guy friends and wasn't treating me properly. Her guy friend confessed a crush on her and complimented her sexually. I asked her to stop talking to him after that because it was putting me in a rough situation and made me uncomfortable. She said she didn't like the attention he gave her but said she liked that he complimented her ass. It sounded like she was blaming me for a lot of the stuff going on but not paying attention to her she has been acting towards me. I've been putting this effort into the relationship none stop while she hasn't put any at all. I'm currently trying to work on myself during this break and improve my mind and reevaluate this relationship. I got a gut feeling she is still talking to this guy even after our fight and maybe hanging out with him but I can't be sure. I hope she is thinking about how she has been treating me and how I am not in the wrong here but I know she isn't. Should I continue on with this break and work on myself and hope everything works out for the best? I do care and love her a lot but I don't know if she feels the same way back.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

Only you can make the decision for your well-being.
You can only work through the relationship, not the person.
When you separate the relationship and person, you'll notice different ways of observing your feelings and emotions and thoughts.
Understanding the conflict and making your options are as individual and unique as the relationship.
