Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I had high hopes for 2022. I started a diet however that has been slow going. So I decided to ride my bike but fell off and reinjured my knee. Then my Aunt had a heart attack, has been in 2 hospitals and now in a rehab. That's a whole mess. She has times of being completely paranoid. Yesterday I found out through another Aunt that she may not ever return to her home. My other Aunt is so sweet and caring but she has had serious problems with bed bugs and my sick Aunt has warned me not to let her in my car. In fact, I believe she brought bed bugs to my sick Aunt's house and then I got them. She keeps talking to me about how she's going to pay for a Lyft ride to see my sick Aunt and I feel so bad that I can't offer her a ride. Fast forward to last Thursday. My best friend and I went thrift store shopping. I scored up. But yesterday when I was in my bathroom, I saw 4 red marks near my neck. My first thought was that I got bed bugs from the thrift stores. Somehow, I forgot about it until a little while ago. I am almost 100% sure they are bed bug bites. They burn a little but they are not itchy. My house is a mess and has been for years. I am going to try to throw myself into action and clean all around the couch so I can vacuum it. I just needed to vent. If you read this, thanks.

It's going to get hotter here with Thursday being the hottest. It's noon and 75f feels more like 80 or more.I've been cleaning up the deck in this morning and cleaning the windows outside. Then I cut up a pallet in half, I've decided to call it quits now because I went a bit light headed. Joanne, some drugs we take have an effect on us in the heat, I know a couple of mine do, maybe yours...

Your aunt knows she is preparing to transition. (I prefer to use that word to help move through the difficult challenge)
Set up the project in fifteen minute sections. Take a break in between. It will make a difference and help you to work towards the big goal.
steadying support while you work it through, greeneyes. easy does it.
vent freely. vent often.
So sorry about your knee. It does sound like a lot going on. I pray you will make it through.
Hugs.
