Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Hi everyone. I've been feeling anxious today. I'm in a weird situation where I need to move within the next 3 weeks. I'm not necessarily stressed about that I'm more stressed about the fact that I need to distance myself from people to feel and be independent, because it's starting to feel controlling to me rather than helpful. I don't know how to say that without feeling like a dick. I don't want extra help anyone you know. I want to just go at it, but I'm worried for how people are going to react. Anyway making real progress and it feels good just feeling super anxious and having a hard time sleeping the last 2 weeks. It's more annoying than anything else. I feel over stimulated and bored at the same time. Probably going to write some poetry and just chill for the rest of the day.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
Keep a daily journal, practice even breathing to find calm in the moment, and best wishes with your move and your independence. People are just giving you suggestions, smile, say thank you, and work your plan.
Yea, major transitions such as striking out on your own can make for some awkward interactions with people who have always known, liked and/or loved you the way you are. Still, staying in the same ol', same ol' after you are ready to move on does get stifling.
I'm glad you are feeling it as more of an annoyance than a problem. Venting freely and sorting often just might help keep ^it^ more annoying than problematic. I hope you'll feel safe doing that venting and sorting here.
Welcome aboard.
