My anxiety level has been so heavy. I have lots weight and I am feeling more alone than I ever have.
All the stresses here at home are to much to bear. And now I fear my relationship is falling apart as well.
Sometimes its so hard to tell if my fears are real, or if I am just over reacting.
I feel like things are changing in with my love. He's become distant.
My job has me working almost all weekends, which was really our only time alone. Now with his daughter here for the summer basically that time alone will be even less. When she's around its as if I don't even exist. I hate to admit that but its the truth. I find myself finding things to do so I don't feel as though I am alone. When in reality I am. Even though my parents live here, I still feel alone.
My responsibilities are high and rewards seem to be nonexistent. I wonder if this is how my pathetic life will remain.
Ever night I close my eyes and pray to god to keep some comfort in these walls and some warmth in my heart.
And yet every morning I seem to wake freezing.
I feel so lost.......

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
When it comes to children visiting for a certain period of time, it is important to give that relationship time to shine, and to be happy for the good it does the parent who is seeing their child.
Make time to appreciate yourself. Rather than just pointing out the change of work hours one way, add the positive it gives you.
People who work weekends as they are called, choose to do something on their "weekends" and it works just as well. It does take a bit of arranging, however, well worth the time for everyone.
Best wishes.
If I could only express how I feel without feeling guilty for feeling that way, or like some over bearing gf.
And his daughter is here every weekend, as well as 2-3 days a week.
Part of the reason why I found a job during the weekend is so I wouldn't feel like I was cramping their style (time together).
I didn't expect to work as many hours as they are scheduling me or that I wouldn't be able included in any thing they are doing during the weekend.
