What about going to the doctor and getting your thyroid checked and some blood work done just to check out the body?
We have to take care of our own emotional wellness and physical wellness because no one else can. We women are typically trained to be givers and doers and sometimes we need to stop. So we can rest when we need to, so our minds get a rest from obligations, you matter too.

Setting boundaries and saying no because you need to take care of your health can be difficult especially if u are a care giver by nature and like to help others. I know I have trouble saying no if someone needs help but then resentment can set in and that helps no one in the end
