For me, I had to make sure I stayed hydrated and be diligent about keeping the breathing tips near me (I kept a tiny index card in pocket).
The changes in anxiety awareness means you are able to do more with your anxiety actively - excellent work!

Can I ask why you want to go off it? What I think will happen, is your anxiety will come back.
Are they switching you to a different kind of medication?
My concern is that being on medication, we think that we're "doing okay now" and don't "need" the medication anymore. But going off it, without switching to a different medication, will most likely cause all the previous anxiety to come flooding back.
All questions that you need to ask your psychiatrist.
There are also side effects that annoy me.
