I like to make homemade jam and baked desserts for Christmas presents for friends and family. Two years ago, I won a restaurant grade oven at a restaurant equipment auction and I can bake up to 6 trays of cookies at once, box them up and gift them to neighbors, friends and family for Christmas and Valentines day. Last year, I baked a Spanish almond cake for my orthodontist.
