Ok I was doing so good for a couple of days till work started causing me problems yesterday. They never filled out the form they were suppose to so I could get my short term disablity. They said they never got the form. They recieved all the paperwork from the insurance company except the one they were to fill out. So I have not recieved any money since June 26 because of them. I was not able to get my medication refilled. I had no money. I had just went to the store and spent what little bit I had to get some food to get me by till I got paid. I thought I was getting my check yesterday. wrong!!! the insurance company said they confused me with someone else and told me yesterday that i still needed a form from my employer. I had to go in and face them and get them to fill out the form. This was so hard. It was only my second time going out by myself. I was shaking and sweating and had a hard time thinking and getting my words out when I was talking with them. Anyway I got that taken care. I called my doctor and she gave me samples of my medication to get me by till I get paid again. This went on from 9 in the morning till 4pm. I sat down to try and relax because I am trying to come off the xanax and hadnt taken one so I was going to do some deep breathing. Well then the phone rings. It was my step daughter. She wants to move in with her 4 year old and 1 1/2 year for about 3 weeks or until her and her boyfriend can get this house fixed up that they are moving into. I lost it. I cant deal with her. She has caused me so many problems in the past and tried to split me and my husband up. She has stolen from me and used my insurance card and my social security number and put bills in my name. She doesnt work. She gets food stamps and a medical card for her and the kids. She dont get any money from welfare department because she wont go out and put in applications to try and get a job. Thats why they wont give her any money. So I told my husband how are we going to support her and those two kids when we are struggling because my money is not coming on time. I cant tell my husband no because if one of my kids needed a place to live I would let them. I told him that I didnt know if I could stay at the house if she comes to live there. I dont know what is going to happen to my marriage. I am so lost right now. He said he wouldnt let her stay there when I told him I would stay somewhere else why she was there. I know later he will hold it against me. What should I do?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
oh sweet heart, its a bit a pickle isnt it, is there anyone you can talk to about this, family or friends? you shouldnt really have to have her stay with you, you have your own problems to worry about, on the other hand will it cause more problems if you say no to her? have you told your husband all your worries about this situation? i know this girl has given you a really horrible time, but maybe you could sit down with her and talk about some of your concerns and explain your financial situation. if she does stay with you, you and your husband need to talk about some rules that she is going to have to follow if she stays there, you need boundaries, and your husband really needs to help you lay down the law. but in the end if this is going to be a very painful and financially impossible situation you havew every right to say no to her, she is a grown woman and should be able to sort out her own living arrangements. you are under alot of stress at the moment , be kind to yourself, keep trying to do the deep breathing and relaxation. i hope things work out, either way you need to be very direct and strong with her and you need to tell your husband how much you need his support.
take care and good luck, let me know how you get on. wishing you peace and strength lots of love Dinah xx
