Hi, remember how brave you are for battling this struggle and that you are not alone. Take some deep breaths and connect with the present moment, no matter if that is making your lunch or walking from one room to another. In that moment that is all you are doing, everything else is just an illusion made up from what you may have experienced in the past. Connect with your breath as much as you can and little by little you'll see the power you have to fight the anxious thoughts. Remember they are just thoughts that the ego feeds off and builds strength from. Don't give your ego that satisfaction. Practice separating yourself from that. I find its helpful to give your anxiety a name and when it creeps up talk to it like you were telling another person to leave you alone, "I have things to get done, but we can talk later". Find that strength inside you.
