Anxiety Support Group

I just want to say that this group has shown so much care and effort in response to my posts. I appreciate all the comments.... it’s hard to believe that anyone can actually understand how horrible that ache in your chest feels. If there was some way to just stop it I think I could manage .... its like it feeds off my emotions and the more I think about things the more my pulse pounds and the tighter my chest feels. But on a brighter note , I am doing better at the moment. I have hope and the love of the cutest little dog sleeping next to me. Her name is lily and she makes me feel calmer just by her presence. Thank you all again for taking time to write me... I read every single word but it might take me a bit to respond individually....you guys are proving to me that that there are good people out there ... showing care and compassion for a perfect stranger.....thank you ❤️

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Thank you for your part in that magic. Pay it forward. Healing hopes for all. No exceptions.
For what it's worth:
I don't respond to each individual response. It's peer support, not a bridal shower.
