Over the past two weeks, my emotions have been a roller coaster. From feeling so stressed and overwhelmed by putting my all into a relationship while my partner sat there, to now feeling more relaxed and relieved. I still miss my partner and want to talk to them but it has also given me a lot of time to think about our relationship and what I'm trying to get from it. I've also thought a lot about my partner and if she is really meant for me. I care about her unconditionally even when I was going through some hard times and felt she didn't help. I think she might be scared of commitment and be somewhat of a narcissist without even realizing it. There are 3-4 weeks left of our break and I've been keeping my mind off things a bit but have been having trouble sleeping cause she is on my mind. I hope she has thought about our relationship and maybe things she has done that had to lead me to ask for a break but I don't think she has because she doesn't seem to think she is in the wrong. I am in the wrong for some things but other things were caused by her. I'm doing my best to improve myself for my sake and it's been hard but it's getting easier each day. Just hoping for things to get better between us once this break is over but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

There's a pattern of thoughts, emotions, feelings, and words showing.
Depends on what better ends up being. Not always what we want or expect, but what is happening.
Good for you to keep writing it out.
