Lately I've been feeling a little better which is a good thing. The only thing that is bothering me right now is a horrible headache. Do any of you get really bad headaches? I can even feel my pulse in my head when I lay down. I'm taking meds for pain it helps a little, but I get dizzy too. I don't want to start freaking out that it can be a bad thing because then anxiety will take over. I also press on my chest and it hurts and my back as well. I try not to think about it so much but i really need to get unstressed. How can I relax nothing seems to work. I need to get this tension out of me! my anxiety meds are as needed but I don't really like to take them. I've been praying and mediating a lot and that helps, but i need to make myself get better! I know believe i can over come this and I wan to be able to helps others that are going through this.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
And, consider that existing tension may be the first to tighten up, before it relaxes because it's been in tension long enough to think it's natural.
Pushing your muscles through exercise, like walking, often releases enough of the "feel good" stuff naturally to help you relax. It takes time, and time again, to get rid of the full nature of tension.
Best wishes.
We have here on DS a support-group forum for that.

Best to get a low background dose of an antianxiety that means you are emotionally steady. You need to get steady.
As to your headaches: they really sound like your back is out. Do you ever go to massage? Or to a chiropractor? I go to a chiropractor and he gets rid of headaches like that. If you're tense, you're tight. And if your muscles get tight enough they will shift your vertebrae and pinch your nerves. Try massage first and see what happens. :)
