Does anyone else get overly freaked out by horror films or spooky things? Like I enjoy crime and spooky books and podcasts, and some horror films and generally am okay, but then randomly it starts making me so anxious. Last night I literally could not call asleep because I was having repeat panic attacks over being scared and images of all spooky possible things racing through my brain. Logically I try to calm myself but nothing ever seems to work. I have always had random bad reactions like this after watching or listening to spooky things so I try to keep it tame for my own sleep and mental health, but sometimes even the tame things can cause an odd reaction. I just wish I didn't get overly scared over things that are not actually happening to me. (I have been in houses that had spirits so I know it can happen, but I know its not happening in my newish townhouse)

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
