ok I have been dealing with panic and anxiety for about 5 years been dealing ok with it until lately. it's all started about a month ago had bronchitis still coughing real bad. well noticed that I have been bloated looks likes I'm pregnant. and feel so uncomfortable from the bloating. also am now on day 14 of my period. my stomach muscles are so sore that it hurts to move in certain ways. well with the anxiety my mind goes to the worst even think I have an aortic abdominal aneurysm so I think I'm dying. I have a Dr appt tomorrow and am scared to death there is something horribly wrong. I also lost both my mom and grandmother 2 years ago from there passing I started drinking and wad drinking about 3-4 beers ago I did give that up about 3 weeks ago cause I was doing it for the wrong reasons. someone please talk to me.

The good news is that you're going to see a doctor tomorrow. It sounds like you have a lot of really uncomfortable symptoms, and it's always awful when you're not at all sure what's going on with your body.
I hope your physician can give you some piece of mind, and offer some treatments so that you can be on your way to recovering. In the mean time, do what you can to relax. Take a hot bath. Meditate. Read. Watch your favorite movie. Anything that will help you feel good in some small way.
