Look, this whole thing is weird.......The sunday after the schools were shut down I came down the some weird sickness. I had a fever, then for the next two weeks after that I had horrible chest pains and I couldn't breathe. I called the doctor's office and explained to them what I had, the said it was just a panic attack. My chest pains and shortness of breath went away. two weeks after that my sinus's were messed up, my nose kept draining I had a bad cough and a sore throat. That went away and then I developed this red eye bs......I had all of the symptoms of covid-19.....I'm not saying I had it, but its just very suspect that I had almost every symptom, but broke down into sections......It could have just been bronchitis and some allergy stuff, but still it messed me up pretty bad.

Keep at home, even if you do not think you have the virus. It is the least you can do.
Do not expose anyone else to it. Some people die. Don't you watch TV?
Leaving the experting to the experts, my strictly personal, just-a-patient theory is as follows:
Inside my own strictly personals, I am extremely vulnerable to power of suggestion., aka psychosomatic symptoms. Undisputed proof unavailable but I only believe that the brain is the most powerful organ in my body and mixed signals there will cause mixed signals throughout my entire system.
Just a just-a-patient theory. Leaving the authority to the experts and offering you strictly personal empathy. It sucks like a psycho hoover.
It's common in anxiety episodes to experience shortness of breath, chest pains, sinus issues, cough, sore throat.
In keeping a journal, it provides you with a way to see how anxiety continues to work with you to help you feel better when you are in stress. Sometimes, it puts you in distress.
Sore throat from breathing hard and heavy without pause. Sinus issues from breathing hard and heavy without pause. Sore chest from breathing hard and heavy without pause. The cough from the breathing hard and heavy without pause.
When I laugh hard, I often start coughing. I got scared of the fear of coughing, and had to make myself laugh until I could feel the tension relax.
When you find yourself breathing hard and heavy without pause, count your breaths, slow and even.
This will help you to see if anxiety is adding to the party.
Hope you feel better.
