Just amazes me how low people are. They poke fun of someone if they have anxiety like they can help it. Just a couple of examples of things that have been said to me in the past."Who wants to be around an insecure depressed f*ck?" "No wonder no one likes you. You're an anxiety prone little b*tch" and I have heard similar things said to other people who aren't so secure with themselves. It honestly sickens me. People think we can help we have anxiety. Well, we can't. It's a sickness that you have to fight and fight to overcome. It's battle I still haven't yet overcome. But of course they wouldn't understand that. They don't have it. People's apathy these days is just disgusting.

people . Find some friends who truly care about you and you will never hear such bullshit.
I know when someone says rude, offensive and negative words, it's not my problem, it's their problem.
Of course, it hurt when I heard this from people I care about. I realized that the positive changes I am making, and will continue to make are forcing them to change their usual response and they are not prepared for the changes.
If it comes from someone who you consider important, your choices are going to be your well-being first, and what you can do to keep the important part around. Sometimes, it takes a clearing the air conversation, other times, it's a simple wave and talk to you later.
It depends on what you want most for yourself. People are going to be rude.
Best wishes.
Never let on. Learn to smile and grin while you're having a full out panic attack. Whistle a happy tune and all that.
