Sending you many hugs. Hope you feel better soon!

Poor posture can effect your muscles and pinch your nerves. Worth investigating. Keyboard placement, computer monitor placement, your chair, a lumbar cushion. Limit your time spent typing and sitting at the computer as well. Take a break every hour and get up and stretch. A good one for the shoulders is placing your hands behind your back and grabbing your elbows. Hold for 3 minutes. Massage can help if you are having muscle pain and so can acupuncture.
I don't know what doctors you have seen, but a chiropractor might be the ticket for your pain!
