Been wondering if there are different types of "Reframing." In my current ponderings, I find myself believing "Cognitive Reframing" is where I consciously and deliberately change the way I, strictly personal, look at a phenom and/or situation. Reframing is one of the more consistently effective tools in my psychotherapy toolbox.
Is there a "Cultural Reframing" where the cultural perception of a concept shifts? Example, in my personal herstory, my understanding of "Social Distancing" was based on psychotherapy work of the phenoms attached to my child sex trafficking survival. Here in Coronaville it means something else entirely and ? ? ? Psychotic break in progress. . .

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I do think that death day for the virus mattering to anyone in the media is 4 Nov. After we cast our votes our overlords will return to their castles and not care for the peasantry.
Alas, my psychotic breaks take longer to heal and the healing is strictly personal. Neither elected officials nor media clowns have yet to be a source of healing in my strictly personal healing journey.
