Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
So I was diagnosed with anxiety about 8 years ago. I basically refused the diagnosis for the first couple years, they still applied their medical code for it. Then I started to slowly realize that I did indeed have anxiety and that I was just lucky that I hadn't had a panic attack. I eventually had a small panic attack (I didn't go to the ER) and my doctors never treated my anxiety, instead they sent me to behavioral therapy once a month for a few years and everybody just patted me on the back. Well I adjusted to having anxiety, as much as I could, I started realizing what anxiety was and when I was having manifestations of my anxiety. In 2016 I quit the doctors and just handled life best I could. But my question is, in the past 6 months I believe I've became paranoid. And that terrifies me, I don't like it. But has anyone else became paranoid and is that another manifestation of anxiety? Or am I developing something else?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Hm-m-m-m. . . I never thought of it before, but my initial reaction has me wondering if I've been using "anxiety" and "paranoia" as synonyms. In my personal herstory, they are so deeply connected that I never thought to separate them. Now that ya got me thinking. . . I wonder if my initial anxiety is over something real (Not enough cash to cover this month's budget) and morph's into paranoia (The world wants me to fail!!) so quickly that I haven't been recognizing the transition.
Dunno. . . Gotta chew on that one a while. . . Thanks for the high fiber chew food.
