Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

A few years ago I was hit head on, by a guy that was drunk in a stolen car. He was in a high speed chase from the cops. He was from south of the border with a green card. I received next to no compensation. Enough to buy a vehicle that was not nearly as good as the one I was driving.
It took months to get that bit of compensation. I lost my job, home..... everything.
I wasn't comfortable driving for nearly a year. Specially at night. If the traffic is severe at night even now. I feel like I can't breath.
Everything takes time to heal. Emotionally as well as physically. I'm hoping you pull through this and the meds help you. It sounds like you have good family support.
Let us know how its going for you.....
As hard as it is, this is normal in processing trauma events. The courage you display in writing it out shows.
You're not alone, and you're stronger than you realize.
Best wishes!
