hi im 20 weeks pregnant and not on any medicine (never found any that worked anyways) and my anxiety seems to be getting worse and i really dont know what to do anymore. i am always scared, and even the smallest things will through me into a full blown panic attack. i dont want this to affect my baby but idk what to do anymore. somedays its so bad i feel like i would be better off dead. i feel so guilty for feeling that way but i have no one to talk to so no one understands. im so alone. can anyone please offer some advice to help with these feelings? i just dont want to feel so alone anymore.

Be in the moment.
Check out a pattern of breathing you can do every single time you need to give you a moment of calm.
