I have seen the results of anxiety seizures up close, and have learned to do the meditation prior to facing a known trigger such as shower to help me focus on the important goal, take the shower safely.
Once you can separate the anxiety seizure symptoms from the rest of the symptoms, you can give your self some balance to help you through the rest of the challenge you face with the shower.
You are not alone in this.
Best wishes, and know you are stronger than you think!
