I have anxiety. But you know I don't really get panic attacks that much. I think I feel more of the physical symptoms that the anxiety brings on. I get dizzy, shaky, and it's hard for me to concentrate. I start to feel warm too. And my breathing gets kinda of shallow. I really get like this mostly when I drive, since I have a driving phobia. I guess you can call it that. I'm gonna have to learn more about CBT. Maybe it will help me. Take care.
If you have Generalized Anxiety (GAD) they call it Anxiety Disorder.
You can have both. They are just terms.
I wouldn't worry about the labels.
I hope the book is helping you. I have read maybe 2 books that helped me, out of 100 that I bought.
Panic is covered by anxiety. Just a label distinguishing specific ways to provide a possible option for restoring balance.
A lot of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) options have different methods to provide possible connections to find the better balance.
