Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I have been meaning to tell you that picture of your dog is so cute. Looks like he or she is a puppy. Awww
Thank you for commenting. Overthinking does cause me anxiety too. It makes me crazy the thoughts that go through my mind. I have been journaling and when I go back and read some of them I stop and wander about them. When you have a lot of anxiety in your life you feel overwhelmed and a bit down. Lack of motivation and just seem to be tired. Don't really want to be bothered. Now the suicidal thoughts scare me. Don't think that way. Distract yourself or go do something that you enjoy. You like to crochet. Or maybe draw. Or take the dog for a walk. The exercise is good for you both. And the scenery is always nice to look at. It is a vicious cycle you feel like your on a roller coaster and you want off. Up and down. It sucks. You take good care of yourself. Italianmomma4ever ❤️
It sure can. Negative thinking and critical thinking can lead to big time depression. Negative thoughts fill your mind and it gets you down. You keep thinking about them over and over. It's like a vicious cycle. It does effect your heart and soul. That's very true. It's very sad. Thank you for your comment. Very good comment. Italianmomma4ever
If I can give you a tip. Try journaling your thoughts and feelings. It's a good way to express how you feel and what your going through. It's starting to get very popular to do. Good luck. Italianmomma4ever
I think it can sometimes. You keep thinking and thinking about all kinds of stuff and after awhile that can get to you and bring you down. Depending on what you thinking is so true. If we're having intrusive thoughts then I can see it making us depressed. Thanks for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
The thing eveyone is doing is journaling now. I like it because I right down what I'm thinking and how I'm feeling. And keep it private. Then I'll go back and read what I wrote and wander what the heck was I thinking that for. Lol. I got some crazy thoughts sometimes. Lol
I think we need some of your cookies. Lol
That will make us feel good. Distracting yourself is another good way. Italianmomma4ever
I am Leary about journaling sometimes because my hubby read one and there was a lot of things I never told him and for reasons to protect him and myself emotionally. He started asking some questions that were really hard to answer. It has brought us closer, but there are some things I don’t want him to see like descriptions of crime scenes. I do write my nightmares over and over, but the rest are now on passcode protected tapes.
I wish you could too. I do visualize them. And the way they smell and how their nice and warm and the chocolate melts when you bite into it. Yum!!! So your kinda of scared about Journaling? Sorry to hear that your husband read everything you wrote. It is kinda of a private thing that I do. I don't show it to anyone. I keep it to myself. Then I read it at a later time. And sometimes wonder where I come up with these thoughts. There crazy. Lol. I'm glad that you were able to explain to him what was going on. It's tough to answer questions, because journaling is so personal. That's great that you guys became closer. Glad to here that. I wouldn't want him to see descriptions of crime scenes either. That can be tramatizing. Sorry to hear about your nightmares that you experienced. Those are scary to have to remember. Sounds like you secured your tapes. You have gone through a lot in your life. I have read your profile. And my heart goes out to you. Your a survivor I have always thought that and have told you that. And your a sweet person. I'm just so sorry that you had to go through all of this in your life. But you stay strong. And you got through it all. And it sounds like you have a wonderful understanding husband that's supportive. I'm happy for you. Continue getting better. And I'll have to whip up some Italian food for us to eat with those cookies. You take good care my friend. Italianmomma4ever ❤️
So you don't have any over thinking going on? Good for you. So you think everyone is happy? And your brain is your friend that could be true for you, but for some people they have overthinking that causes them depression. They are constantly worried about everything they obsess over everything. It's like a vicious cycle that goes on over and over in their brain. Anxiety and then depression can lead into that. They have negative and critical thinking that can lead to depression. And intrusive thoughts too. Never really thought about underthinking the problem. It's the other way around for most people. But I'm glad you don't experience any overthinking and your happy. I'm happy for you. Thanks for your comment. Very interesting. Italianmomma4ever
Absolutely overthinking is a by product of worrying which can lead into depression. And anxiety too for some can lead into depression. They kinda of both go hand and hand. It's not helpful at all to overthink. Your mind just keep wondering and wondering and has all these crazy thoughts going on. It's like a vicious cycle going around and around in your brain. It helps a lot to journal your thoughts. Writing them down and figuring them out and writing how you feel and what your going through. It helps. I like to meditate to. It helps keep the mind focused and in the present and calm. Thank you for your comment. Italianmomma4ever
