I've been on anxiety medication and antidepressants for a year now and my anxiety is still very bad.I overthink every little thing.I worry about things a few months from now.I can't even get myself to go to class because I'm too scared of what people will think of me.Things like seeing n friend I haven't seen in a while gives me anxiety. My heart start racing, I can't breathe, my palms start sweating, I get dizzy and then I usually make up an excuse to why I can't do something with them anymore.
I'm so tired of feeling like this.I got my car a while back and now I have anxiety about riding it to class.Things like talking to a cashier at a shop or meeting someone new or even talking on the phone when someone calls, gives me a panic attack. Please help.I don't know what to do anymore.I feel so pathetic cause none of my friends have issues with these basic everyday things.I feel depressed when I'm alone at home and when I think of doing something with someone so I don't feel depressed then I get anxiety.
