Hey guys,
My anxiety is increasing day by day. Don't know what to do. I will explain with a situation.
My office is in Toronto. It’s around 5 years now. We have planned to renew our office and at the same time plan to buy new systems. We strongly believe that our employees are our strength and we always support them and make sure that we provide them the best facilities to charge them up. But thinking about these things increases my anxiety.
We think that it is good to sell our old systems to another firm and then buy the new ones. We searched a lot and came across computer liquidator. According to the advantages they have listed, we intend to have it done but not sure whether it is feasible at this stage. Has anyone used any of the computer liquidator services in Toronto? One of our co-workers were suggesting a computer equipment liquidator and we thought just having a go at it! If that is the case, can I have your suggestions put across? This will also help us to find the best in Toronto.
Feel free to just push across your valid suggestions and notes regarding the renewal of the office too. But more than that how can I avoid my anxiety? Please recommend solutions.
Thanks much!

As for the escalating anxiety. . . Perhaps you can start with letting that have priority over the work stuff every now and again? At present I know more about your work than the strictly personal stuff that typically causes anxiety.
On a side note about the anxiety - this is a big decision. Recognize that it is OK to feel nervous, but trust that you are making the right decision.
