Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

It helps me allot to focus on easing those physical symptoms rather than losing myself in the thoughts attached. The thoughts attached seem to fling ever further afield when I feed them by taking them too seriously.
Staying in the moment, focus on current task, and remaining calm are my go-to tools to reduce anxiety.
Learning how to make anxiety work for you and keeping up with what works is excellent!
Here's to a day with peace, love, and blessings to you!
Thank you.
Another thing I've been trying to do (and this post reminded me to do this, so thanks!) is to neither run or fight, but to kind of invite the anxiety in. Sort of a, "Oh hi, you're here. Ok, well, I've got stuff to do so I'm not really going to be able to pay attention to you, but you're welcome to hang out." Basically, acknowledge it, accept it, but try not to focus on it.
I, too, have anxiety most mornings and have to force myself to get up and just start my morning routine and try to take the focus off the anxious thoughts.
Tired, I will also put in practice.
I have always worried about the future too, and recently started to work on calming down and staying in the moment. When I get anxiety, I tend to get a horrible feeling in my stomach. But I have been doing lots to help myself and excited for the future.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
Thank you all for not only the kind words but the awesome advice! I really cherish every helpful word.
I hope you all are doing well and finding ways to remain calm!
Peace, love, and blessings to you all!
