Bicycling and working out in the gym, at least 7 hours of sleep per day, little accomplishments in projects I create for myself, goals met.

Sounds like your doing all the right things. Biking is great exercise. And going to the gym is too. I like to do some weight training too. Bet your in good shape. Sleeping has always been a problem for me. Broken sleep. But I'm glad you get the proper sleep. Great to hear your goal minded and you get things accomplished. You sound like you got it all together. For me, it’s my hubby and my children (and my dog, Nana). If it was not for my family, I would really struggle a lot. Both my parents died a year apart of each other and that was a hard hit for me. Also, my hubby has cancer which also scares me to death. It’s a slow growing lymphoma and he’s doing great though!! I try to stay positive and hope for the best in every situation. Emma

Great to here you have a nice family. And yes can't forget about the dog. I have one too. Glad you have a lot of support from your family. So sorry to hear about your parents. So sad that they died a year apart. Death is something that I don't do well with. It hurts and is very sad to me. Didn't know you hubby has cancer. That's tough on you and him and the children.
