1000mg doesn't mean 1000mg of EPA and DHA though, its more like 300 epa and 200 dha for each capsule. I usually have 1 with each meal or take it with a protein drink.

I take 4 a day at 1000mg.

You might be alone in that.. although I don't think I've ever experienced the fish burp except when I tried fish oil that wasn't in a capsule. (spooned like cough medication)

if you must avoid the tasty fish burps take the ones that say they have an "enteric coating" they release the oil in the intestines rather than the stomach. Personally i'll stick to the regulars and enjoy the nice repeats.

I saw a nutritionist who suggested Omega 3 plus B complex supplement. Im taking them now.
