Every day I feel an ache under my tongue and if I run my tongue along the bottom of my mouth, it creates bubbles and eases the ache. Sometimes I catch myself popping bubbles when I'm anxious, sometimes for no reason. If I do it a lot, my stomach feels bloated. Idk if the two are connected or not.
Does anyone else do this? Is it an anxiety thing or OCD or something physical?
