Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. In my neck of the woods, the latest clever repartee in the Ladies' Rooms is, "Mansplaining." I don't really understand what these war painted darlin's is saying, but they have become "Mansplainers" in my mind. The all-knowing women who know everything there is to know about All Men in the world? That is only 50% of the world's population they are summarizing in a single mansplanation, butttttaaaa. . . Are there any other sections of the English-speaking world which has been invaded by The Mansplainers? Just curious.

Just kidding, ladies, this is a very silly thread and we know it, but thanks arfie for helping me start my day with a silly smile on.
I don't believe my craving for simplicity is my fault, either, Chronic. I can't even believe that there is a need to assign blame for that particular craving. Simplicity rocks my world, when I can achieve it. Summarizing 50% of the world's population with a single gender stigma does, indeed, hold a tempting simplicity.
But here in that confusing space between naps (reality), fitting 50% of the world's population beneath a single umbrella doesn't seem to work too well.
Thank you, chronic, for recognizing the spirit of this post. You made my day.
