I am trying to look at it from her point of view and be more understanding. I am sure she was upset and wanted to do anything she could to get more information.
But I can't help but feel hurt by this. I actually found out this happened the day after my appointment, so I wouldn't have even been there. I am wondering if she thinks I actually drove there just to hit her car? She has helped me so much over the time I've been seeing her, and I've put so much trust in her. It just feels like she does not trust me by suggesting I'd do something like hit her car, either on purpose or by accident.

If my therapist asked me that, I might wonder what she thought of my character - that I would hit a car and leave. I'd feel she didn't really know me.
On the other hand, I may also think that she thought if I hit her car that it might get in the way of our sessions - that I'd be in a weird place wondering if she knew that it was me and so forth.
We all have different feelings and thoughts and reasons for doing what we do. When we're unclear about what others might be feeling, it's good to check things out.
