For me, it's something I've been learning how to deal with for many years. Keeping a journal and writing down feelings and thoughts is one thing I've found helpful. It's just a way of getting everything out of your head and down on paper so you can see it in from a different perspective. You notice how constantly changing thoughts and emotions are. I've also found guided meditations to be good for anxiety, helping to focus on sensations in the body and the breath. if it's hard to sit still, movement sometimes diminishes anxiety, especially if it's a physical activity or hobby you enjoy.
