I've had anxiety attacks and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. After two hospital visits, I decided that chemical help was necessary. SInce then, I have spent ten years medicated with good success. I had anxiety, but only the debilitating kind when I get sick. Over the last year, myb depression started taking over, so much so that I had to change my medicatin regimen. After two amazingly positive weeks, I got sick. Over the next four days, including today, I have been in an out of anxiety attacks. (The moment out are due to Klonopin and Atavin). People in my life are sympathetic, but no one truly understand. I don't know what inspired me to share. I think I just need a "hang in there" from someone who understands what it is like to feel the the fear of a zombie attack when you know there are no zombies.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Personally, I worry more about the Zanti Misfits than zombies. They have haunted my dreams since I saw them on the Outer Limits as a child living in a domestic war zone. After my husband took up beekeeping in 2012 and I realized how much Zantis and bees have in common, some days the invasion feels even more inevitable.
Plying therapy tools. . .
Having a safe place to go where I can feel comfortable admitting that helps tremendously. It helps to feel less alone with ^it^.
