It's been a very long time since I was a member here and now find myself in a very different place. I take care of my disabled wife while living with my daily struggles of depression and anxiety. So far I manage but some days are just so difficult to even get out of bed. I hope I can find others that may experience like challenges of caring for a loved one while living in loneliness and isolation. I need someone to talk to. I wish everyone a good day/evening.

You have to take care of yourself first in order to keep giving care to others. Take the time to do something for yourself-something simple.
