So this is my situation...I'm 32 and I have been on meds for anxiety and depression since I was like 20. I have been to a therapist and I told him that I really would like to try and get of off them just so see how I do. I tapered like I was supposed to but I'm experiencing pretty bad headaches, I'm tired and irritable all the time, my eyes hurt and I have shortness of breath. Could I still be experiencing withdraw symptoms? I'm not sure what to do but I don't want this to go on for awhile. I don't have health insurance so for me to keep going to the doctor isn't possible right now. Thank u for any opinions/help

I take supplements now. I prefer a more holistic approach to deal with my ailments. You can try doing research on that.
Hang in there. The withdrawal symptoms will pass.
I think you may want to make sure that you are getting plenty of rest, eating really well, exercising, drinking lots of water, and maybe adding some supplements to help. Detoxing the years of drugs out of the body has to be hard on it. I know even detoxing from caffeine can take a few weeks.
I really like supplements. Some people do not believe in them, but my take on it is that I never have issues with vitamins and supplements... I do have side effects and negative issues with drugs. And I feel better since I added vitamins and supplements.
I'm not sure why you don't have health insurance; have you tried to get it since Obamacare went into effect?
I hope you get the answers you need, and that you have a good day.
You have to learn that you are ok and you will be ok and you can depend on yourself to get through situations. Give yourself time and dont rush things, be patient.
