Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I’m upset because I get blamed for other people’s mistakes at work. Nobody at work can focus on ONE task consistently and my boss says it’s my fault and that I SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM! I’m not the company trainer it’s not my job to BABYSIT my coworkers, I’m not a fookin manager. If someone messes up I get the lecture about how they did it wrong because of me. Somehow it’s always me, I’m not their manager in fact I get told all the time by this individual that im “the worst worker I’ve ever hired” even though I technically do his job for him I always end up babysitting coworkers to make sure they do things right and show them if they aren’t while also still keeping up on our products (I believe that is exactly what a manager/trainer does. Yet I’m being paid as a team worker not manager, not company trainer, not even assistant manager)
My manager put me on the pizza prep table with 3 other coworkers and 10-15 minutes later he put them all on different stations expecting me to make pizzas super fast (because I do everything efficiently, and I’m the fastest says my coworkers) to keep up stock, but also put what is needed into the oven at the busiest time and have no problems or consequences. They think I’m a god or something but no I’m not, we got super low on all of our products and the manager didn’t seem to think that taking away the only people making our products was the issue.
Anyways when I finally got off work we got down to less than 1 rack of pizzas (like 10 total), when we started with 5 (each rack has 50 slots on them).
Btw this wasn’t even the busiest day we have. At this rate I won’t even be able to look at a pizza without an Anxiety Attack.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
And I am guessing I shouldn't offer you a slice of pizza while I listen. . .
Hope the venting helped. Continued support while you work it out.
One important factor to remember: you are responsible for what you say, do, and how you respond.
Venting here is good, You might use journal to work through all the feelings.
Just because the boss puts the blame on you does NOT make it your problem. In other words, you do the best you can, and keep your focus on your work.
The choices your boss makes belong to the boss.
When a boss points the finger to one of their workers instead of working for a positive solution, it still does not make it anyone else's problem.
Keep your focus on the work you accomplish, and keep it positive, Your well-being depends on you putting you first.
I do not know if this is every day or just when certain individuals are on the same shift or a schedule to change certain patterns in business.
Best wishes in your work. Keep doing your best!
