After being hospitalized for 5 months for depression and anixety, I am still dealing with the extreme panic attacks, seperation anxiety, and obsessive thoughts. The panic has gotten so bad that I have breakdowns every week where I cannot function. This causes so much stress on my family. My mother tries her hardest to protect me from the anxiety, but she is putting me before everyone else in the family, and I feel guilty for being the focus of the stress. What can I do to make it better for my family, so they don't suffer with me?

Take it one activity at a time, and try to keep moving as that will help ease the anxiety level down naturally. Stay hydrated, and keep track of when you feel what to help you figure out the best way to move through a difficult situation.
Best wishes.

You are in a tough spot now and through no fault of your own. I really feel for you. When a family member is suffering, the focus is on that person, and someday when you are doing better, you can return the support to another in your family, if needed. If you are not sure about the rest of your family, maybe go to them and tell them what you wrote here. How can anyone fault you for your suffering?
I wish you a way out of this and the guilt to not make you suffer any more than you already are.
