Sometimes I just freak out and need to get away. Go for a drive. A walk or something.
And positive thinking, can't stress that enough. That downward spiral can go pretty deep! It might also help just to tell people how you feel. Keep the conversation up - there's always someone listening on here!

As dburney recommended; is there anywhere you can go that helps you relax?
I know that when I'm having very high anxiety there is nothing that will change my mood, but, breathing exercises, repeating positive thoughts can take the edge off a bit.
I have the klonopin for emergency, I try not to ever take it, but when I do it's a low dose. Yesterday i was a disaster and took more.
Also, I forgot to take my prozac a couple of days about two weeks ago, and last week I didn't take my whole dose, do you think that this could have anything to do with it?
