It was a side effect of one of my meds. It went away so I think my meds changed check and see if it’s a side effect of a med you take?

I don't suffer restless leg syndrome, but muscle twitches are one of my signals that I am muscle clenching again. When I am driving for long hours, I often clench my leg muscles enough to get them twitching. Muscle relaxation exercises ease the clench.

Frequent stretch breaks are the remedy which work for me. When time doesn't allow for parking the car for the stretch break, I put my vehicle in park and do my stretches at the traffic lights. It's cramped, but better than nothing.
